Traceability starts in the field
Traceability does not begin when the olives arrive at the processing facility. It starts earlier: on the farm, with the origin of the fruit, the type of cultivation and the way its entry into the production process is organised.
AgroHutesa helps strengthen this control from the outset. The management of our own crops in Málaga and Cádiz, the cultivation of Hojiblanca olives and our relationships with growers enable us to link the agricultural origin of the olives with the subsequent stages of the Hutesa Group’s production process.
This approach helps us gain a deeper understanding of the raw material, organise information from the field and work with more comprehensive traceability from the earliest stages.
