Own crops

More than 70 hectares of olive groves in Málaga and Cádiz

AgroHutesa has more than 70 hectares of its own crops spread across three estates: Cortijo del Río, Cortijo Fátima, and Cortijo Colchado.

These estates are located in Málaga and Cádiz, two Andalusian regions closely linked to olive groves and olive cultivation. This direct presence in the field allows us to closely monitor the fruit's development, better understand each harvest, and strengthen control from the source.

On our land, we grow Hojiblanca olives, a variety that is highly representative of Andalusian olive groves and especially valued in the production of table olives for its balance of flavor, texture, and versatility.

Own crops are not understood merely as production. They also represent knowledge, control, proximity, and a commitment to a way of working that begins in the soil.

Our estates

01 / 05

Cortijo del Río

An olive estate integrated into AgroHutesa's agricultural structure. It is part of our own cultivation work and of following the Hojiblanca olive from the field.

Cortijo Fátima

Our own crop, linked to the agricultural origins of Grupo Hutesa. Managing it strengthens our knowledge of the raw material and our control right from the estate.

Cortijo Colchado

An estate that forms part of AgroHutesa's agricultural base, helping us follow the fruit and ensure traceability from its earliest stages.

"Being close to the field allows us to better understand the olive from the very beginning"
